About Us

The Opportunity Report is published by Shane and the team from Bourdain Property Advisory, a Brisbane's buyer's agency built on 30 years of seeing property from the inside out.

Shane has worked on over 200 major home extensions and small developments across Sydney, and been directly involved in 2,500+ infrastructure design projects across Southeast Queensland, everything from land subdivisions to townhouse developments, industrial sites, and commercial builds.

That means Shane has seen a lot of projects, some make money some don’t. His unique perspective allows him to see value add opportunities that most people miss, infrastructure, construction costs, zoning, and feasibility at a level most buyer's agents never will.
